Meet Carolyn Fisher, RN, BSN
I didn't become a coach because I had life figured out.
I became a coach because I spent a lot of years trying to figure myself out.
I'm Carolyn a registered nurse with nearly three decades of experience caring for people, a mother, entrepreneur, creator, and lifelong student of human behavior.
I've worked in ER, NICU, PICU and home health.
I've raised children.
I've navigated seasons that stretched me far beyond what I thought I could handle. I've rebuilt my life more than once.
And somewhere along the way, I became fascinated by a question:
Why do intelligent, capable people keep repeating patterns they consciously want to change? That question led me into years of studying psychology, shadow work, the inner child, nervous-system regulation, spirituality and the relationship between our inner world and the life we create.
Jung became a major influence.
So did neuroscience.
So did spirituality.
And, honestly, so did real life.
Because eventually you have to take everything you've learned and see whether it actually works when life gets messy.
THAT'S WHERE MY WORK COMES FROM. I don't believe healing means never getting triggered again.
I don't believe personal growth means pretending everything is positive.
And I don't believe you have to choose between science and spirituality.
I believe your nervous system, your subconscious patterns, your experiences, your beliefs and your sense of meaning all matter.
You can understand your patterns intellectually and still repeat them. You can know your worth and still struggle to receive.
You can love people deeply and still abandon yourself trying to be loved back. I know because I've lived it.
THE WORK ISN'T BECOMING SOMEONE ELSE.
It's remembering who you were underneath everything you learned you had to be.
The people-pleasing.
The over-functioning.
The survival strategies.
The stories you inherited.
The parts of yourself you decided were too much, not enough, or simply unacceptable.
We don't shame those parts.
We get curious about them.
Because your patterns weren't created because you were broken.
They were created because, at some point, they helped you survive.
And when they no longer serve you, you can learn something new.
You can teach your nervous system:
I'm safe now.
You can learn to trust yourself.
You can stop chasing.
You can stop shrinking.
You can stop waiting for permission.
And you can start receiving the life you've been trying so hard to create.
THIS IS NOT ABOUT PERFECTION.
I'm not sitting here claiming I've reached some magical state of permanent enlightenment.
I'm still human.
I still laugh at myself.
I still get surprised by my own patterns.
I still have moments where life says, “Oh, you thought you were done with that lesson?”
The difference is that now I know how to meet those moments differently.
And that's what I want for you.
Not a perfect life.
A life where you feel safe enough to fully live yours.
